Why We Care About The Products
To put it simply, "For The Love of The Dog ❤️"
Shear doodle is about providing the best care for your pet and that means the best products. What are the best products? Shear Doodle takes a natural approach by using only certified organic premium products. Products made with real, natural ingredients that are safe for the environment, vegan, and most importantly cruelty-free. It is safe to say, we all want our dogs to live as long as possible, using certified organic products helps to alleviate the risk of allergies, hormone imbalance and cancer. Shear Doodle will never use products such as dish soap or detergent on your pet!
Once we switch your pet over to natural products and a proper maintenance schedule, you will notice skin issues disappear, matting is almost non-existent, less shedding, and that the coat stays cleaner in between grooming. It's a win all around.

FAQs
Do I have to become a member?
No. Membership is not a requirement. However, there are a lot of perks to membership such as an annual savings of $1095 compared to our basic grooming program. Your pet will also have a guaranteed spot on the schedule, you will never be pushed out or unable to schedule due to an influx of clients.
I don't know that my pet needs all of this, can I just do a la carte?
We only offer a la carte services through our basic grooming program. Otherwise, all services are inclusive and if there is something you do not want performed, please let us know but it will not affect the price. With12 years of grooming experience, one thing that stands true, trust the professional, it is our job to take care of your pets grooming needs and we don't want your pet to be missing something vital to their health.
Why do members have to commit to an 8 week or less grooming schedule?
Typically, dogs coats can grow anywhere from 1/4- 1/2" plus per month. Most clients are not able to brush their dogs regularly enough to maintain the length they desire. To avoid overgrowth and matting, a schedule is required. All pets are required to stick to a 8 week or less grooming schedule and a 2-4 week schedule might be recommended based on your pets coat type and length. When pets are groomed on a maintenance schedule it can prevent matting, help with skin issues and makes the time they spend on the grooming table less, since they're maintained. Overall a shorter grooming time and better experience, because grooming should be an enjoyable experience!
If your pet has fur and does not require a full body haircut, we still require an 8 week or less grooming schedule to maintain proper hygiene, skin and coat health.
Since your products are natural, what do you use if a pet has fleas?
We use Neem oil based natural shampoos. Neem oil is known for helping organic farmers keep fleas and ticks off their livestock, it's also used as a natural flea and tick protection in dogs.
